The Enztal valley's mineral springs heal body, mind and soul.
Bad Wildbad, the historic spa in Enztal for musculoskeletal diseases, is a centre for outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation and compact treatments. Thermal waters from its state-certified medicinal springs are as important a part of Bad Wildbad's therapy programmes as are its physiotherapists, physicians and therapists decades of experience. Facilities in Bad Wildbad offer a wide range of treatments. Various rehabilitation centres, an acute care hospital, the Sana Gelenk- und Rheumazentrum Baden-Württemberg (a sanatorium for joint diseases and rheumatism), and a clinic for internal medicine are all located here.

Health centres and thermal springs
Two completely different thermal baths in the centre of Bad Wildbad invite guests to rest, relax and recuperate. In the Vital Therme's health centre, aqua-training programmes are offered several times a day, as are connective and deep tissue massages, full body massages, natural fango mud and medicinal baths, Stanger baths, underwater massages, and individual remedial gymnastics both in and outside of thermal water (dry treatments include sling table therapy). There are also wellness treatments and of course a spacious pool and sauna area. The Palais Thermal, an oasis of comfort, features a unique pool, sauna and wellness area and is considered one of Europe's most beautiful bathing palaces.
Both thermal baths are easily accessible by light rail transit which takes passengers to the centre of Bad Wildbad and terminates at the Kurpark gardens. Bad Wildbad's Enzanlagen garden park stretches out for more than 1.5 km (about 35 hectares) and provides guests a refuge for peace and pleasure.
